
1. Returns Policy (7 Days)
We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect materials supplied by us, subject to the following conditions:
A return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The material must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Original invoice and order reference must be provided.
Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
❌ Returns will not be accepted for non-defective materials, used materials, or materials specially procured as per customer requirements.
2. EXCHANGE
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied materials, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned material is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
The refund process may take 7–10 working days after approval.
Freight, logistics, and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Return Procedure

Share order details, invoice copy, and reason for return
Our team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
Returned material will undergo quality inspection before approval
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to defective or incorrect supply, return shipping costs will be borne by Adani International
In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
